Pkpkp (hereinafter referred to as "we", "pkpkp", or the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving primarily users in Bangladesh. By using the pkpkp website (https://pkpkp.app), mobile application, or any related services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pkpkp and the user. It is your responsibility to read this document in full before opening an account, using any service, or placing a bet on pkpkp.

• Single Account: Each person may hold only one pkpkp account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

• Mental Capacity: To use pkpkp, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You are solely responsible for the security of your pkpkp account. Keep your password, login credentials, and any security codes strictly confidential.

The key rules governing pkpkp account management are as follows:

• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• The account holder is fully responsible for all activity on their account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to pkpkp Support immediately.
• We strongly recommend keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong, complex password.

If an account shows no activity for an extended period (over 12 months), pkpkp may mark it as inactive. Applicable fees may be deducted from inactive accounts.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on pkpkp — including Sports, Live Betting, and Lottery wagers.

Pkpkp reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. Bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by pkpkp, and the stake will be refunded.

If an event is cancelled or the result is void, pkpkp will generally refund the stake for the affected bet. However, pkpkp reserves the right to make a different determination depending on the specific circumstances.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• Processing Time: Typically 5–15 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Verified Method: Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a minimum wagering amount must be met (typically 5x–20x).
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempting to exploit the system will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts suspended.
